GIIB and TripleX Global Announce Korea Merchant Data-Node Deployment Plan

According to the September 21 release, GIIB Sovereign Fund Management and TripleX Global signed a Letter of Intent for a proposed 20-year, $5 billion program. The announced targets are 50,000 merchant nodes in the first phase and 500,000 across the full program.

The planned devices combine local AI processing, point-of-sale payments and participation in a distributed data network. TripleX uses iYap Global software. JP3E is identified in the release’s media and partnership inquiries section in its capacity as a Korean Management Company.

The release describes current intentions and the basis for negotiating definitive commercial agreements. Deployment scale, timing and anticipated revenue remain forward-looking and depend on financing, regulatory developments and commercial execution.
