ThyssenKrupp (TK) was the result of a 1997 merger between Thyssen and Krupp. Mr. Wenz has been responsible for controlling the areas of plant construction, mining, cement, chemicals and shipyards, as well as TK headquarters and TK Industrial Solutions AG.
